​Personal Support Workers are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellness of our clients.

• Assist with the patient’s daily living and mobility

• Provide companionship and client supervision

• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment

• Monitor medications and manage reminders

• Provide accompaniment during visits from medical staff

• Perform errands

• Complete light housekeeping

​Nurses are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellness of our clients, while also administering medications and managing other medical services and documentation.

• Document observations and changes, and report as necessary to the Director of Care

• Oversee and deliver care plan 

• Work with the patient and family members to ensure healthcare needs are being met

• Participate in patient communication

• Monitor and report condition and any changes to Nurse Manager

• Advocate for patient needs and preferences
